Lindsey is an executive consultant, with a passion for helping women gain the capabilities and confidence to show up as strong leaders in the workplace.

She has experience working in non-profits, government, and FORTUNE 500 companies like Nike and Disney, where she works today. She’s designed and facilitated dozens of leadership programs, guided organizations through change transformations, and spends most her time today advising executives on strategic people initiatives and coaching them on building operational efficiencies.

As a former TV News Reporter, Lindsey has a passion for storytelling. She believes the best leaders have taken the time to unravel their own personal journey to define their leadership identity. She guides leaders through a reflective process to help them discovery their unique leader identity so that they can show up with strength, integrity and value for their business and team.
